Dear All,
my name is Stephanie Schnabel and I am a PhD student at the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford-upon-Avon. My project is focused on European Shakespeare in Performance (since 2000) and I would like to dedicate one chapter of my thesis to Shakespeare festivals in Europe. These can be based on all Shakespearean plays and texts [like the ones in Gdansk (Poland), Neuss (Germany), Gyula (Hungary), Craiova (Romania) and Bath (England)] or on single plays like the Hamlet Festival in Elsinore/Kronborg Castle (Denmark).
I would be grateful, in case you know about other festivals, if you could provide me with some information like webpages, postal addresses etc., so that I can find out more about them.
